Because the jewelry artist travels frequently and internationally, returns/exchanges may be impossible to process, therefore all sales are final and returns will not be accepted unless product is defective or seller corresponds otherwise. We truly want you to be overjoyed with your purchase and will accommodate requests where possible, however, de Maquis may not have access to the supply in order to exchange, repair, or restock without considerable delay, depending on current location. Repairs and replacements may be available for a reduced cost plus shipping, at the seller's discretion/availability of materials. Typical repairs are quite simple and replacements (ex. single earrings or chains) may also be readily available. Please do inquire - we want to help make your jewelry last a lifetime.
